How to get on the front page of Digg.com

Google Buzz

The purpose of getting on the front page of Digg.com is obvious. As we all know, meaning of being on the front page of Digg.com is getting a lot of traffic to our website or blog. So here, I am going to share with all of you a method with the help of which you will be on the front page of Digg.com and Yes! it is guaranteed! Although, it is a very simple method, but still it requires some work because ‘No pains, No gains’

Here is step by step information:

1. Visit www.digg.com and submit a story about your website or anything. Keep remember that it should be a catchy one. Try to start like ‘How windows Xp is better than Vista’ or ‘Why Windows Xp is famous’ or something like that starting from why, how & where etc.

2. Only by writing a good story is not enough, you need more people to read and digg your story and for this purpose you need to invite the people to read your story, but the option of inviting people is not there at Digg.com, So? Ok, Do not worry. From here, we need to do some tricks. As you know every webmaster and internet marketer do tricks to get traffic and we will also do the same.

3. Download Vallen Emailer from http://www.vallen.de/freeware This is a free tool and it can send emails at thousands of email IDs within few minutes. I know you might not have thosuands of email IDs but now, you will have. Install vallen emailer on your PC.

4. After you have completed downloading and installing Vallen Emailer, visit http://www.sagawebs.com and download Acute Email IDs Production Engine. This is a wonderful product for email marketing and has become the first choice of every webmaster. This product is also equivalent to free.

5. Run this program on your PC and you will be having thousands of country targeted email IDs in front of you. Export email IDs in a text file and open vallen emailer.

6. Now write a friendly email as you write to your friend and tell him about the story you have submitted at Digg.com. Import all email IDs produced by Acute Email IDs Production Engine in vallen emailer and it can send email at those email IDs in a single stroke.

7. Wait for few hours and after few hours again visit Digg.com and check the number of Diggs you have got, it will surely increase the rate of Diggs on your story and Yes! your story will be surely on the first page of Digg.

8. Every story reader will visit your website or blog and you will be getting a lot of visitors to it. Not only this if you are also selling a product/service/subscription or anything else you will get a load of sales by this way.

9. The best thing is that, you will keep on getting traffic even after few days of using this techniques because some of the people do not check emails on daily basis so whenever they will check their emails then will visit at your website.

I can remember last time, when I used this technique, I got near about 300 visitors per day only from Digg.com and I made $350 in one week selling my ebooks.

Hope you liked it!
Thanks

Traffic To Your Website -Demand The Best

Google Buzz

Search Engine Marketing Video

Blogging can be a fantastic way to get more traffic charging full speed to your website.

The good news is that setting up a Blog for your website is surprisingly easy but there are a few caveats and things you need to change to ensure your blog is setup correctly to get maximum exposure in the search engines.

Before we start discussing what you should and shouldn’t do with Blogs, let’s take a step back and define what a Blog actually is.

A Blog can be thought of as a simple, public online diary where you can write entries (posts) into the diary.

Being public, the posts can be viewed by anyone who happens to surf by your site, and hopefully you have lots and lots of people reading every post you make, and contributing to your Blog in the form of adding comments, looking at relevant links you add to your blog, watching audio and video, and hopefully linking to your blog from their website, if they happen to have one.

What is particularly attractive about Blogs, is that the entire process of Blogging is very simple to do, mainly due to the great quality of Blog software available that you can install on your website.

Decent Blogging software provides all the functionality you need, the management of posts by yourself (and others), the categorization of posts (something that is essential) and even the process of telling other blogging websites every time you make a new post automatically.

Automatically telling other sites about your posts is a huge plus since it’s getting known on the Internet, without the need for you to be having to manually “submit” your blog in order for people to find out about it.

Now in my opinion, one of the most important things to ensure is that you don’t just use the Blog as a sales page (I recommend you leave the selling of your products and services to your actual sales page on your website).

Obviously you will want to talk about your products and services, and the benefits visitors will get in using them, but I believe it’s important not to have an all out sales pitch, as that will tend to turn off visitors who may be seeing your message for the first time. I also recommend you talk about non-business stuff, information about you, the person, some of your interests, things you have found of interest or help on the Internet, etc.

When considering finding out more about search engine marketing; it pays to visit professionals to help you achieve the best and most rapid results.

When people read these personal posts, they get to know the real you, and form a relationship with a “real person” and not a nameless website, and this can only assist you in future sales with these people.

A Blog also allows (and in fact encourages) participation by visitors, who can post responses to your entries, and this is often a great way to stimulate interesting conversations. Good Blogging software will allow you to remove spam responses (where visitors or programs “write” messages directing people to their site) as well as to moderate conversations that are in appropriate or off-topic.One of the best reasons to use Blogs is to help you rank highly in the search engines. The search engines love Blogs, provided they are providing relevant and quality content.

To give you an idea of how important search engines see Blogs, Google bought one of the largest Blogging sites out there (blogger.com). Having a focused relevant site with interesting and useful content can only help you in your journey to find true search engine love.

If you have read any of the other articles on this website, you’ve probably gathered that I preach relevant useful content. Blogs are no different than other web traffic techniques, you need to ensure it’s relevant, and ensure your separate your posts into logical categories.

For example if you have a website about software development, you may make posts discussing programming generally, other posts about training for software developers, and more posts about a specific computer language like Java.

It’s really important that you don’t just lump all posts together for a few reasons. Firstly, people coming to your Blog may have a specific interest in some of your posts (training for example) and may find it hard and frustrating to easily find all posts you have written on training if you have not clearly defined categories (and allowed posts to be searched/sorted by these categories).

Likewise the search engines may view your Blog as less relevant if you lump all your posts together than another Blog elsewhere that has posts clearly defined in categories. Search engines definitely prefer categorization of information and reward websites that categorise correctly with high search engine rankings.

The most popular open source blogging package is wordpress. Check that out online.

Wordpress is a free blogging package (yes nothing to pay!), and is extremely flexible and easy to use without sacrificing anything in power or flexibility. I use this package and can fully recommend you do as well.

Because of its popularity many Web host’s have it available for installation on their websites for you with “one-click” installs.

Can Blogging Help You Get More Online Writing Jobs?

Google Buzz

In a word, yes.  But why is it that blogging for free should be good for your freelance writing career?

Let me share a story with you.  I started blogging just over a year ago using a free platform.  I enjoyed it and I had quite a few followers over that year.  The idea was that I would eventually get my own domain name and start blogging on that so I had full control over it, and that is what I do now.

But the whole experience of blogging has helped me in ways I hadn’t really thought about at the time.  For starters I wanted to do it purely for the enjoyment of it – to write about what I do for a living.  I love online writing so it seemed natural to me to write about it.

But as it turned out it helped me to find more work.  I connected up my Twitter profile with my blog and various other websites too, so I instantly became more accessible online.  It was easier for potential clients to find me, and that made a big difference to how many clients I had that actually came to me – instead of me having to look for them!

This is the key and the main reason why all writers – would be or otherwise – should have a blog of their own.  It is a way to showcase your talents for a start, but you can also build up a following that can include people who might want to hire you.

Most online writers who have their own blog write about writing in some way.  But you can expand into other areas as well.  Think about how you could make your blog unique – and most importantly make sure you can blog regularly.

You should always focus on writing your blog and developing it for your enjoyment more than anything else.  If you spend every blog post writing about how unsuccessful you are or how desperate you are for an online writing position, you might not get the results you want!

Instead, focus on building up a good body of writing that people will enjoy.  This will naturally begin to pull in an audience – and if people are looking for a good writer and they like your style, you could find yourself with a few writing jobs starting to trickle in.

Isn’t it time you started your blog now?
